Terms of Service
Last updated June 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of AskHigher. By using the site, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and readable.
What AskHigher is
AskHigher gives you a benchmark-grounded market range, a likely pay gap, and a tailored raise script based on the details you enter. The range is an AI-generated estimate grounded in public wage benchmarks— it is informational guidance, not a guarantee of pay, and not financial, legal, tax, or career advice. Treat it as a well-sourced starting point for your own decision, not the final word.
Using AskHigher
- Enter accurate information so the estimate is meaningful.
- Use the output for your own salary research and conversations — don’t resell it or pass it off as a professional valuation.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service.
Accounts
A free account is created with a magic sign-in link sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email secure, since it’s how you sign in.
Pricing
AskHigher is free during this phase— the range, breakdown, raise script, and evidence pack cost nothing. The once-off “Raise Pack” is a planned feature we’re gauging interest in; nothing is charged today. If paid features launch later, we’ll update these terms and make the price clear before any charge.
No warranty
AskHigher is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep estimates well-sourced, but we don’t warrant that they are exact or that any particular outcome (a raise, an offer) will follow. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use means you accept the current version.
